Ice Dam in Needham, MA

This water job was located in Needham, MA, which was caused by an ice dam in the living room of the home. All the ceilings and walls were completely saturated. We removed all ceilings, walls, wood paneling, blown in insulation, and carpet. When demolition was completed we HEPA Vacuumed all floor and ceiling joist along with wood studs. When this was completed we sprayed down all wet materials with an EPA registered disinfectant and then installed the proper equipment to dry the structure.

Upon completion customer was overall very impressed with the cleanliness and efficiency of the services that were performed.
