Mold Treatment Jamaica Plain MA

This home in Jamaica Plain, MA had a small water issue which resulted in an extensive mold remediation. After the initial investigation we discovered that mold was present deep into the structure of the kitchen ceiling, insulation, and walls. The mold had spread to a very large area. This was an older home and had two layers of sheet rock on top of horsehair plaster and wood lathe. We stripped the entire kitchen down to the wood studs and removed all affected materials. When all demolition was complete we finished the job by HEPA vacuuming and encapsulating all wood studs and joist.
