Mold In Closet West Roxbury, MA

This home in West Roxbury, MA had a small closet in the basement that had a foundation leak. This resulted there to be mold behind the baseboard and on the drywall. We carefully removed the affected drywall, treated it with an EPA registered disinfectant (fungicide), and encapsulated the exposed surface with an antimicrobial sealant to prevent future mold growth.

The home owner was very happy with how clean and neat our technicians performed these services. We were able to mitigate the cost of the repair with minimal demolition. After completing this project SERVPRO did some additional cleaning throughout the house.
