While the home owner was away on vacation this half finished basement had a busted hot water storage tank that went undetected for two weeks. During that time the moisture penetrated the walls, ceilings, and floors in this room. The home owner used this space as storage so all of her personal belongings that were stored in the room were damaged. In order to prevent further contamination throughout the rest of the home we set up containment. We removed all effected ceilings, walls, insulation, and flooring. After all demolition was complete the effected space went through a thorough and comprehensive cleaning to remove all mold spores.
